Winona Ryder first came into the lime light during the late 1980's while starring in movies such as Lucas and the smash hit Beetlejuice, she has since gone on to star in a slew of Hollywood movies including Edward Scissorhands, Bram Stoker's Dracula and Girl Interrupted to name a few.
Winona Ryder was always a very striking women who stole the hearts of countless moviegoers, but at some point she came to the conclusion that she may need a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to slightly trim the width of her nose, as seen in this before and after picture listed above.

We've always seen Winona Ryder as a natural beauty, but you gotta admit this nose job was very nicely done.

Somewhere along the way, Beyonce decided she needed a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to make a slight adjustment in the width of her nose.

Long story short, she went forward with the plastic surgery and everything turned out fine, she got the slimmer "Hollywood" nose she wanted, without any complications.

Tara Reid, perhaps best known for her role in the high school blockbuster hit movie American Pie, which landed her on the front page of magazine covers more than it helped her land big movie roles.
The fabulous pages of FHM and Maxim magazines soon turned to the front pages of gossip tabloids when the blonde bombshell opted for a boob job (breast implants) back in 2004. (See before and after pictures below).
Perhaps the biggest news flap was when Tara had a wardrobe malfunction at P. Diddy's thirty-fifth birthday party at Cipriani's Restaurant in New York, at which time her dress fell, exposing her left breast that had a considerable amount of scar tissue around the nipple.
Tera Reid has been quoted as saying, concerning her boob job: "I mean, everyone does it. I don't know why I'm the one who gets so much attention?"

Britney Spears Nose Job

Britney Spears got her first break as a member of the mickey mouse club, then flash forward 10 years and she became the most popular pop princess of all time.
Britney Spears clearly possesses stunning natural beauty, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't go the extra mile and make a slight adjustment to an already lovely nose.

As you can see in these before and after pictures listed below, it seems at some point Britney Spears decided to get a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to narrow the width a tad.
Some might say this was uncalled for, while other would say "you go girl". You make the call!

Adrianne Curry, the beautiful super model extraordinaire who first came into the public eye after winning the first season of America's Next Top Model. Her career was later re energized after appearing on the VH1 disaster reality show The Surreal Life, where she met her now husband Christopher Knight (Peter Brady).

Now back to the boob job...

Adrianne Curry has that sexy 5'10 model type frame, but never was of the buxom variety, well that is until she found herself pregnant, which added some extra cushion to her delight.
Later in an interview Curry said that one of her breasts became considerably large than the other, which prompted her to opt for breast implants.

Seems reasonable enough, considering she did get very natural looking breast implants.

Victoria Beckham Boob Job

Meet Victoria Beckham, former member of the British pop group sensation the Spice Girls. She was certainly a natural beauty and arguably the best looking of the Spice Girls, but in recent years Posh felt she needed a little extra lift, possibly feeling added pressure due to the extra media coverage after tying the knot with global football superstar David Beckham.

Whatever the case may have been, Victoria Beckham decided to go under the knife to get a Boob Job (Breast Implants), rumors have circled around possibly two separate operations and recent reports have even claimed she had them removed completely.
