We've been seeing an awful lot of Oksana Grigorieva in the headlines lately, due to her highly publicized spat with disgruntled actor Mel Gibson.

When initially laying eyes on Oksana Grigorieva, its quite evident that plastic surgery is one of her favorite hobbies, in fact several sites have suggested shes undergone such procedures as cheek implants, lip augmentation and a nose job, along with breast implants that Mel Gibson recently referred to as "foreign bodies" during one of his leaked telephone rants.
As for the plastic surgery assessment, i think this list of procedures hits the nail squarely on the head. In addition it would appear that Oksana Grigorieva may have also opted for a brow lift, as we see the hollowed out effect above her eyes, which is typical for such a procedure.

As you can see in the before and after photo, Oksana was a very beautiful woman to begin with, and despite her "over the top" plastic surgery makeover, she is still quite enchanting, with the exception of her trout pout lips.
